U-14 ODP Tryout Registration Information

 

Eligible players:  Boys and girls born in 1988 or younger who live in, or are registered to play in, District II.  Players may choose to tryout for either the district where they live or the district where they are registered for league play.  Players may not tryout for ODP in more than one district per season.

 

Registration fee:  $10.00 per player made payable to District II ODP.

 

Pre-registration: To insure a fair evaluation for each player, pre-registration is required for the U-14 ODP age group.  Mail completed registration form and $10.00 fee to:

Evaluation and Attendance:  Players will be evaluated on their performance during ODP tryout sessions.  Selections to the district pool will be based on an average ranking of all sessions attended.  PLAYERS WHO ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SCHEDULED TRYOUT SESSIONS MUST PRE-REGISTER AND SUBMIT A LETTER DESCRIBING THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT PREVENT THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRYOUTS.

 

 

Dates: Saturday and Sunday, January 5 & 6, 2002.

 

Location:  Juanita High School 10601 NE 132^nd, Kirkland, 98034.

 

Time:  Tryout times will be assigned upon pre-registration.  It is not unusual to have more than one hundred players attending these tryouts for both boys and girls.  To insure a fair and complete evaluation for each player, players must pre-register to receive a tryout session assignment.

 

What to bring:  Ball with player’s name, water, turf shoes or athletic shoes, dress for the weather.
